Krishna Housing was founded in 1996 by Narvir Singh, who built the firm's advisory practice in Thane at a time when independent property consulting, as a profession, did not yet have a name of its own. Now in his fourth decade in the field, he remains active as the firm's patron, with his sons Dinesh and Pankaj Singh leading residential and commercial operations respectively.
